General Terms of Service

These General Terms of Service "Terms" govern your access to and use of the products, services, software, platform, and website (collectively, the "Services") provided by Community Care Licensing Inc. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.

If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. Use of the Services by individuals under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited.

1. Memberships, Trial Offers, and Auto-Renewals

Community Care Licensing may offer trial access or promotional membership plans. If you enroll in a trial offer that requires a payment method, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the conclusion of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. Paid memberships may renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend or downgrade your membership. Pricing may change prospectively, and updated pricing will apply to future billing cycles.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you believe there has been a billing error or an issue with service delivery, you must contact us within thirty (30) days of purchase at cclicensing@contact.com. Refunds may be issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been fully performed, completed fillings, governmental fees, third-party payments, or renewals that were not canceled prior to the renewal date. Automatically renewing services must be canceled before renewal to avoid future charges.

3. Downgrade and Cancellation

You may downgrade or cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will apply to future billing cycles and will not retroactively refund prior charges unless required by law. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.

4. No Legal Advice

Community Care Licensing provides information, document support services, compliance assistance, and administrative services. We do not provide legal advice unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. Information provided through our Services is for informational and administrative purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal advice.

Use of our Services does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you require legal advice, you should consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

5. Interactions with Professionals

Where applicable, our Services may connect you with independent third-party professionals. Such professionals are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Community Care Licensing. Any professional relationship formed is solely between you and the professional. We do not control, supervise, or guarantee the quality of services provided by third parties.

6. Business Filings and Registered Services

Where we provide business filing, licensing, compliance, or registered services, you authorize us to act as your limited agent solely for filing and administrative purposes. Government fees, taxes, and other regulatory costs are your responsibility.

Certain services may automatically renew annually unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for ensuring that appropriate documentation is filed with relevant agencies if you discontinue a registered service.

7. Ownership of Documents

You retain ownership of any documents you create or upload through our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit such documents as necessary to provide services to you.

We may preserve and disclose documents if required by law or to protect our legal rights. While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data, we are not responsible for lost or deleted documents beyond our reasonable control.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not use the Services in connection with illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or compromise our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, templates, and materials provided through the Services are the exclusive property of Community Care Licensing or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Community Care Licensing disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Community Care Licensing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Community Care Licensing in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $500, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Community Care Licensing, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved informally, you agree that disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class arbitration.

Either party may pursue claims in small claims court where permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Community Care Licensing regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.

16. Modifications
